ENERGY- Supplying up to 112.5mW of Electricity from photvoltaic array technologies, and wind energy systems.
COMMUNITY- Providing for supplemental services, and The Jeffery Farms Amphitheater- a live entertainment venue.
AGRICULTURE- Supplying locally grown food- foresting an area for critical agricultural materials and amass of carbon credits.
